R-Type Dimensions NSP

R-Type Dimensions is an evolution of classic video games, developed exclusively for Nintendo Switch. Designed by KK3 and produced by ININ ma Dulay, this new installment in the R-Type series offers a unique blend of classic arcade style and modern aesthetics. The game puts players in command of the R-90 Ragnarok, Earth’s most advanced star weapon, as humanity faces a grueling battle against the ruthless Bido Empire. Switch mode boasts excellent responsiveness, both with the Joy-Con controllers and in Pro mode, and allows for seamless transitions between handheld and camera modes.

Gameplay: The game world expands into a more complex dimension where the intricate space and reality of Bid collide. Players explore creative environments that expand upon classic arcade games, utilizing state-of-the-art 3D graphics and dynamic lighting effects. The Switch console’s OLED screen, in particular, enhances the game’s atmosphere in handheld mode, bringing the biomechanical horrors of Bide to life with vibrant colors. The resolution is well balanced between standalone (up to 1080p) and handheld (720p) modes, ensuring a sharp image regardless of how you play.

1. Download the ROM file from a mirror above.
2. On console: copy the NSP/XCI to your SD card and install with a homebrew installer.
3. On PC: open Yuzu or Ryujinx, add the game directory, then launch the game.
