About Hitman: Absolution NSP
Hitman: Absolution is an action-adventure game whose biggest problem is the lack of a save function, meaning any mistake or glitch in the game’s logic will cost you a considerable amount of unnecessary replay. Eliminated guards respawn. Bodies disappear. Hideouts and items you left behind vanish. It’s suspicious that the developers didn’t know how to store all the important information. The reason this hurts the game so much is that two of Hitman’s main strengths are experimentation and refinement.
Regarding the gameplay: Three different tips in the tutorial advised me to either quickly press the left mouse button for more precise aiming or to press it very hard. These bugs were fixed in the patch, but aiming is unnecessarily difficult to replicate with the console’s analog controls: you have to hold down two different aiming buttons to aim accurately. Furthermore, it’s like a Vaseline lens, so anything as light as your skin tone shines like a thousand suns. Your bald head glows intensely in the light, and pink sparkles fly in all directions.
